1) Do you ship Pan India?
Yes! We ship to all parts of India! Wherever you are, from metro cities to remote towns, we ensure that your order reaches you safely.
2) How long will it take for my order to get shipped?
All orders are dispatched within 2–3 days from our warehouse after receiving the order.
Shipping estimates range between 2 to 13 days, depending on your location and the shipping option you choose during checkout.
3) Shipping delays during public holidays and peak seasons
Shipping estimates may increase during public holidays and busy periods. Additionally, customs, postal services, and delivery partners may require extra time to process and deliver packages during peak seasons or before major festivals (e.g., Christmas).
4) Delays beyond our control
Once your package has been shipped and dispatched from our warehouse, any delays due to customs clearance, natural occurrences, air or ground transportation strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and we are not held accountable for such delays.
5) Import Taxes & Duties
If applicable, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are determined and charged by the customs office of the destination country. These extra charges are not included in the payments you made to us.
